Cris Knill - Founder and Managing Director
With a wealth of experience delivering highly complex programmes in healthcare and pharmaceutical settings, including NHS hospitals and chemical warehousing, I am a qualified engineer and specialist Programme Manager with a background in biomedical engineering, process design and Lean methodology. Having led successful transformation programmes in NHS services and the biotechnology industry, I operate an agile mindset to deliver boundary-breaking, innovative, robust solutions to transform services.

Programme management behind the Maternity Transformation Programme, instigated by the publication of the Ockenden reports, commissioned by the UK Health Secretary, in 2017. Privileged to work with Mike Wright from MWW Consulting Ltd and the excellent clinical and non-clinical teams; high-value and sustainable outcomes were delivered using robust governance and assurance mechanisms; project management methodology and state-of-the-art technology, to meet demanding deadlines and budget.

Cellsolv – Chemical delivery and waste collection service

Project management behind ‘CellSolv’: The production and delivery of solvent chemicals to NHS cellular pathology laboratories in Britain, and the collection of their chemical waste for safe disposal. Robust architecture and process engineering skills were employed to design the warehouse layout for processing and storing hazardous cemicals, coupled with efficient project management to set up and launch the new service.

Kanban Storage System – Smart Supply Chain Management/ Storage to save costs

Project Management behind the smart Kanban system to save costs in medical storage rooms and reduce inventory costs for healthcare disposable materials and consumables. Effective process management was employed using Lean methodology based on the Kanban TOYOTA model. Costs were saved significantly within one month of implementation.
